Most of the complaints seem to come from those who want chips, chicken nuggets and burger. The snack bar is there if you wacky that. Dinner time is late at 7 pm, so it's not ideal if you have young kids. Entertainment is aimed at families with young kids, so not ideal hotel for couples. Plenty space by the pool, good drinks, close to Específico shops and bars for other entertainment or meals out. You get more than what you pay for. Remember, it's a 3 star and very well priced.
